While we might call it a "diet," the Official Coffee Diet is more of a lifestyle around drinking amazing coffee, choosing a fasting/eating window and consuming predominantly nutrient dense foods.

We believe taking your health into your own hands is the best way to assure you're consuming nothing but the best ingredient. That includes not only cooking your own food, but also roasting your own coffee beans.
If you're busy, like so many of us, cooking every meal or roasting your own coffee beans might not be something you have the time for. That's understandable. In that case, feel free to place your order for the freshest coffee ever. We make every roast to order.

OCD Fasting window
Intermittent Fasting has been one of the hottest weight loss strategies over the last five years, with good cause. It works!
While there are many Intermittent Fasting windows to choose from, the general recommendation for the Official Coffee Diet is the 16/8. We feel this is one of the simplest and easier of the fasting windows when just getting started with a fasting protocol.
16/8 fasting window includes fasting for 16 hours and eating within an 8 hour window. A good example would be if you stopped eating by 8pm, skipped breakfast and had your next meal at 12pm the following day.
While on the Official Coffee Diet we do recommend other fasting windows and strategies depending on your specific goals. For example, if you had 100 pounds to lose, your fasting protocol would be different than someone with only 20 pounds to lose.

If you follow us at Open Sky Fitness, you might already know that we're big fans of the Paleo Diet.
However, we don't believe the Paleo Diet is right for everyone. That is why we call this a "Paleo Friendly Style of Eating."
In a nutshell, we believe that eating a whole food diet, void of process food, sugar and alcohol, yield the best results when on the Official Coffee Diet. While there are specific recommendations we make in the Official Coffee Diet book dependent on personal goals, it's our belief that a majority of Americans will see fantastic results with this minor shift to whole foods.
What are the Official Coffee Diet Results?
We know deep down most people try new diets because they want to lose weight. That's just the way pain points work. For most people, their biggest pain point is the number on the scale. We get it.
